End of Tenancy Clean or Moving Home Cleaning

General inclusions in our cleans:

To ensure our clean is thorough, we ensure that after this comprehensive cleaning process, the property is completely free of dirt, dust, limescale, rust, hair, fur, grime, grease, stains, and spills.

These are the minimum of tasks that we’ll perform, occasionally items present themselves that can’t be ignored… and we don’t.
 

• Dust and clean cupboards throughout the property
• Vacuum and steam clean carpets and rugs where required, to restore them to their pristine condition.
• Remove any cobwebs, dust and grime from the walls, ceilings, and skirting boards to freshen up the entire space.
• Eliminate limescale from sinks, showers, and bathtubs, leaving these fixtures sparkling.
• We pay attention to the windows, doors, and their handles, ensuring they are cleaned to a high standard.
• Scrub and disinfect toilets, leaving them hygienic and spotless.
• We will ensure kitchen cabinets and countertops are anti-bacterial clean and wiped down and left gleaming.
• Take the time to clean all appliances, from kettles to toasters and microwaves, for a complete and inviting kitchen space.
• Degrease the hob, oven, and all related components to remove built-up grime and grease. (Not the oven in this case, so discount applied.)
• Thoroughly clean the outside of both fridges and freezers.
• Address any mould on the walls and tiles, removing it to create a fresh and clean atmosphere.
• Clear out and clean all bins, inside the property, to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Mop and polish the floors and tiles to give them a refreshed and gleaming look.
• For larger appliances like washing machines and dishwashers, we will clean both the inside and outside.
• Clean inside and out of back and front doors to make them most welcoming.
• Sweep and tidy up any outdoor areas to leave the entire property looking its best.

We provide all our own materials and use natural products where we can. All rubbish is taken away with us and disposed of.
