This is one of a number of vacancies as our group of cleaning heroes expands. Your role is to venture into our customers' homes and work your magic like they will have never seen before. Your skill in making everything shine will already be great but we will help you make this exceptional with our training and mentoring!

 

 

The customers you will be working with are all fairly close by you and will be easy to access with your car. We will match you as geographically, and as personally as possible. If it doesn't suit you, we will offer alternatives to suit your situation, your time available and your needs.

Experience

The cleaning that you will be performing requires that you have some a experience within the cleaning industry. (Rather than just having cleaned your own home!)

 

Qualifications

It is essential that you have a full UK Driving Licence and have a car available to you at all times.

You need to be physically able and having energy, for no other reason than the nature of the work that you will be performing.

 

Education

Fluent English is a requirement but it is certainly not necessary that it is your native language.

 

The Role

This is a position where you will travel to the property that is the project for that period. This may be a part or a full day dependent upon the size of the property and the areas designated for cleaning. We make every attempt to provide projects as close as possible to your home location but at the moment, we can’t guarantee this for you as we cover the whole of the SO postcode area. Any travel beyond 3 miles will be paid for at the current mileage rate for travel  and will include the initial 3 miles.

 

On arrival at the property, the customer may or may not be there. The property should be quickly inspected and compared to the job sheet provided. Each area to be cleaned must be left perfectly clean as you would wish for yourself. For example; without any stickiness from any of the products used.

 

Much of the work is strenuous, to remove built up dirt and limescale and so you must be prepared for this. Not all properties are difficult by any means. Our projects include; End of Tenancy, Moving in or Moving out, deep cleans. These may be stand alone or in preparation for regular cleans, preparation for Estate Agents to take photographs and also cleaning of holiday lets like AirBnb between visits. The range can be from a studio flat to a Country House and we get great reviews from both ends of the spectrum and in between.

 

We measure hours worked by the time that you arrive and leave the property and there will be a time allowed for the project against which you will be measured .This is used particularly as we do pay bonuses for a variety of achievements. A successful project is one where the customer is happy and completed quickly. We’ll explain more about our bonuses when you join.

 

We will be aiming to promote one or two of  the successful and efficient members of the team to Supervisory roles and this will be available to you, should you achieve success and wish to be considered for this.
